Our children from year 1 all the way to Year 5 have been busy blending fine motor skills with outdoor mindfulness!
During their Forest School sessions, they created traditional "God’s eye" decorations. This hands-on activity required great focus and dexterity—plus, in true tradition, the decorations were made to bring good luck and happiness to everyone! 🍀🌈

Our Little Owls in Preschool have had a wonderful time using the story of The Little Red Hen as inspiration for some fantastic activities!

At last week’s Harvest Festival, we launched a lovely new tradition! 🕊️ Each child added a ribbon-decorated dove to our collective jar—a visual reminder that we are all unique parts of one united school and church family. These doves will stay safely inside until each child completes their journey in Year 6.
We are so very proud of our very own Strictly Stars, who made it onto 'Strictly's it takes two' last night! Their living room performance of the Paso Doble warmed the contestants hearts, with Bethany Antonia describing it as 'so special'. Well done girls, this we just amazing!
The final count is complete! Thank you so much for all who helped us to raise an amazing £197.51 for MacMillan!

Tawny Owls have been developing their art technical skills by using primary colours to make secondary colours and completing a colour wheel
Our Tawny Owls in year 2 have started the year as we mean to go on, with lots of outdoor learning. They have been drawing maps of the playground and using a key to show the features and a compass to show direction.
Train to Become a Teacher with Wilden All Saints CE Primary School
Training to teach with Wilden Primary School, working in partnership with Stourport SCITT : we provide you with a fully rounded and focused Initial Teacher Training (ITT) course, offering you a rich, embellished curriculum which is fully aligned with the ITT Core Curriculum Framework. We keep our cohorts deliberately small in order to provide you with the best of placement and mentor provision, academic research and cutting-edge teaching practises. We are also extremely proud of our trainee wellbeing support. Our focussed and bespoke training environment all aids you to become an outstanding teacher! .
Entry Criteria:
To train to teach in primary and secondary schools in England, you’ll need:
- GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above in English and maths (and science if you want to teach primary)
- a bachelor’s degree in any subject
If you do not have the GCSEs required, we are happy to accept a pass in a GCSE equivalency.
We offer teacher training in both Primary and Secondary phases, with courses beginning at the start of September.
